As the Chief Executive Grocer at Austin's Wheatsville Co-Op, Dan Gillotte heads up an inspired group of partners and shareholders (what other grocery stores would call employees and customers) in the search for a more sustainable, meaningful way to shop and eat. From an accidental art school encounter with a cabbage to being surprised by a brand of hummus, his story is a great example of a person finding a meaningful way to make a real difference. |
